What we collect
Account details you provide: name, email address, phone number and, where relevant, your business or organisation.
Farm data you enter: flocks, records, health events, finances, houses and tasks.
Conversations with KukuVet AI, including any photos, voice notes or documents you attach.
Technical data needed to run the service, such as device type, browser and log timestamps.
How we use it
To answer your questions and give guidance that reflects your own farm's situation.
To keep your records, history and attachments available across your devices.
To process payments and apply the plan or credits you purchased.
To keep the service secure, prevent abuse and fix problems.
Who can see your data
Your farm records are private to you and anyone you explicitly invite to your workspace.
Experts you book see only the details you choose to share for that consultation.
Benchmarking and disease-trend features use aggregated, anonymised data and only if you have switched data sharing on. Your farm is never named.
We do not sell your personal data.
Service providers
We use trusted providers to operate KukuVet: cloud hosting and database services, an AI model gateway to generate responses, Pesapal for payments, and messaging providers for WhatsApp and email notifications.
These providers process data only on our instructions and only as needed to deliver the service.
Retention
We keep your account, records and conversation history while your account is active so your history remains useful.
You can delete individual conversations and attachments at any time. When you close your account we remove your personal data, except records we must keep for legal or accounting reasons.
Your rights
You can access, correct, export or delete your data. Use the export tool in your account or contact us and we will help.
You can withdraw consent for data sharing and marketing messages at any time without losing access to the service.
Children
KukuVet is intended for adults running or working in poultry enterprises.
Changes
If we make a material change to this policy we will notify you in the app or by email before it takes effect.
